A Great Wreck Video from 1957 Check out this great 1957 Wreck video, captured by Joe May '52 on an 8mm film. Note some of the 'kids' in the video are wearing yellow caps. According to legend, "These were called "RAT" caps and all freshmen had to wear them. On the bill, turned up so it could be read, was our name and hometown. On the cap itself we were to write all of the team's football scores and if GA Tech happened to lose (perish the thought) the score had to be written up-side-down so the Tech score was on top. If you were caught without your cap, you were subjected to a T haircut, like a Mohawk, but in the shape of the T in GA Tech." More Sigma Nus Makin' Music We're happy to report another great up-and-coming band at Tech comprised of Gamma Alpha members. They have a female lead singer and then 7 Sigma Nus. WOW!
